- Collect Application informationOnce you have applied online or over the phone, you will need to collect some documentation to show us on delivery. We will then take a copy of these documents for our records. The documents must include:
- Proof of photo ID (i.e.: current drivers license, password or keypass)
- Copy of bank statements showing incoming wage or other regular income transactions
- Copy of pay slip or alternative income (Centrelink) payment slip.
- We deliver the goods to your doorOnce everything has been approved a We will deliver your order to your door and install the product into your home. Please ensure that you have worked out a suitable spot in your home for the product to be installed so we can start straight away.
- Enjoy without worriesOnce your item has been installed you can sit back and relax. If you experience any issues with a Reliable Rentals product you can call us from Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 6:00pm to report your issues. We will then help you solve the issue over the phone or send one of our experienced technicians to your home to fix or replace the product.
